With Halloween right around the corner, I thought it would be fun to go back and check out a few recent years and how the kids have changed. 2014 was really our first year celebrating Halloween with kids. I remember people asking what Luke was going to be for his first Halloween in 2012 and my response was- Asleep! So we waited until he was old enough to walk up to the door and say 'Trick or Treat' before actually trick or treating.
We found this great pumpkin patch where you actually cut the pumpkins off the vine, so fun! Of course, we brought our besties and the boys loved it!
Hindsight- don't put your kid in flipflops before going to the pumpkin patch- DIRTY FEET!
Then it was time to carve it! Luke wasn't a big fan of getting his hands dirty and gooey.

For Halloween, Luke and Landon dressed as Mario and Luigi! So Cute!

These were the easiest costumes, red or green long-sleeved shirt, overalls and a hat! I love it when the costume can be reused as well!
