Halloween 2016

We had so much fun last night! It has been really fun to watch Luke understand the wholw Trick or Treating thing and grow up right before our eyes. Chloe was sort of getting it, but I loved hearing Luke yell, "Trick or Treat" at every house.

Here is our Soccer Player and Unicorn (check back later this week on how to make Chloe's costume :) ).

The whole trick or treating crew. We had a sheep, a unicorn, a pilot and a soccer player.

The best I got of both of them together....

Over the weekend....

It is FIINNNAAAALY starting to feel like Fall. This weekend was cool, rainy, and gloomy. I am sure that weekends like this will get old in a few months, but it was a welcomed change from the heat! As we spend more time inside than usual due to weather, this momma is going to have to come up with more fun crafts for the kiddos. Friday was one of the first cloudy, rainy days in a long time. We spent time doing puzzles, cuddling and I finally started on Chloe's Halloween costume (stay tuned for more on that!).

On Saturday, we got up Very early to go see the hot air balloons lift off for ClovisFest! So fun to see all of these kiddos together.

And it is sooo fun to wave goodbye and cheer for each one as the fly away.

During the street fair, we came across the Greyhound Rescue booth. These girls couldn't get enough of the sweet dogs.

We also got a few hours in at Nana's house.

On Sunday, we finally carved our pumpkins!

This was the first and last time Luke put his hand inside the pumpkin, lol.

Chloe was a great pumpkin-goop-cleaner-outer :)

On to pumpkin # 2. I spy two spooky spiders :)
